As an apprentice, Fraser mentored computing student Kasheef, bonding over the school-to-work transition. Kasheef gained formal communication skills, interview practice, and a part-time job. Fraser developed his ability to provide options, not directives.

The University of Manchester engaged with the Foresight programme as they were keen to foster positive perceptions and increase local pupils application. By equipping mentees with study skills and demystifying top universities, 94% felt more empowered and 100% were motivated to work harder towards their goals.
